As many know, printers have a mind of their own and decide what they'd like to do at any given moment. At this particular moment, my printer supercharged magenta into the paper and then gave up about halfway through. What you see is the result. The print is saturated with magenta on the left, and fades to the right. I hand cropped and signed it for a more complete look.

This painting was featured in Artist Network Magazine's Splash 22: The Best of Watercolor. I painted it on my roof, so I would count it as a plein air painting.
