Refund policy

Because of the delicate nature of original artwork and hand-made prints:

• All sales of original paintings are final. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me at Frank@fmkoran.art within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damage. I will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue immediately.
  
  

• Prints: Exchanges for prints may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition.
